How will people find my store?
Your own store grows through your social channels, customers who return to your address, and search over time. We prepare search-ready pages; your marketing still matters. Share your address in parcels from your store and at markets and events. We don’t promise rankings or sales. See what search setup includes.
Can I keep selling on Etsy or elsewhere?
Yes. Your own store can run alongside your existing sales channels. You manage stock across them; automatic stock synchronization and ongoing catalog imports are quoted separately.
If the store is mine, why a monthly fee?
The build fee pays for creating your store. Monthly care is $299/month for the standard service: Allodia-managed hosting, security updates, backups, email support and Paired Media, plus one hour of small updates each month. Care begins at launch and is required while Allodia hosts your store. It is month-to-month with 30 calendar days’ written notice. You manage your products, stock and customers; we look after the site. See the full care scope.
What stays mine if I leave?
Your domain, customer and order records, catalog, and original photos and videos stay with you. Our handover policy calls for a working standard store on compatible hosting, with a conventional photo and video gallery. Paired Media stays with Allodia. Your agreement sets out the store license and handover arrangements. Read the handover policy.
Do I need an existing shop?
No. Bring an existing shop, products ready to sell, or a first collection idea. We’ll agree what you need before work begins.
Do I need video to use Allodia?
No. Products without video use a photo gallery. Where you have matching photos and video, Paired Media lets shoppers see them together. Paired Media is Allodia’s proprietary feature. Its license is included in monthly care for your active store, within the media allowance agreed in your quote. More about Paired Media.
What happens when I ask for a quote?
Tell us about your business and what you want to build. We agree the design direction, scope, build price and monthly care before work begins. Nothing launches until you approve it. There’s no payment or commitment to request a quote.
